In the **Head of Marketing Personal Unsecured Lending**role you will reporting to the **Executive, Personal Bank Marketing.**
**Each day you will go above and beyond to**:
- Deeply understanding segments and ensuring marketing program is insight-led
- Understanding the portfolio dynamics/complexion and the business challenges/opportunities
- Translating opportunities into the marketing strategy & plans for the segment
- “Front-door” for key Executives Stakeholders of the segment
- Owning the marketing budget and ensure effectiveness & efficiency
- Briefing & prioritising marketing initiatives into relevant squads
- Work with business and product partners to achieve revenue and other financial targets for the segment
- Develop relevant and differentiated propositions to drive growth
- Drive customer engagement communications to drive portfolio growth, retention and advocacy

- Experience in data driven marketing, behavioural customer segmentation, business case development, channel management

- Banking and financial industry experience an advantage
- Combination of strategic skills and commercial acumen
