**Your role**
Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Territory Manager to join our Selleys Retail Sales team. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this diverse role will manage a portfolio of accounts, supporting our Bunnings and independent hardware channels. You'll be working across a key territory (Northern Beaches) with the focus being on achieving ongoing commercial growth, building strong relationships, and adding value to your customers through providing exceptional customer service.
In this autonomous role, you will predominately be on the road visiting your customers to gain sales and influence buying habits in your territory. When you’re not out on the road, you will be calling customers and planning for the days ahead, booking meetings and developing plans for growth in your territory.
With health and safety as a top priority, your days will involve training staff, merchandising whilst focusing on sales budgets, and meeting KPIs. This role offers variety and the right amount of challenge that will keep you learning and growing your knowledge and skills. You'll also be surrounded by an experienced team who will support you to succeed in your role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing a customer base in person and over the phone
- Achievement of sales, volume and KPI targets
- Running reports and presenting them on a quarterly basis to stores
- Growing and building relationships with new and existing customers

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to understand a wide range of products and offerings across all channels
- Strong customer service, sales, and planning skills
- Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Exposure to using sales CRMs
- Willingness to travel (and be away from home for a week) once every six weeks
