As
**Commercial New Business Manager** with Elgas, you will have a total focus on retail commercial, industrial and agricultural sales growth for
**WA**. It is expected you will work pro-actively with other team members, Retail Management, and other Elgas staff to generate new business prospects and realize the new business potential of the territory.

**Other responsibilities you will have include**:

- Work with existing trade allies and expand the existing network
- Operate within your allocated overhead budget
- Maintain communication and accurate feedback via your monthly sales reports
- Ensure all new business complies with the company guidelines
- Maintain all records of prospects on the CRM system and complete the monthly call scheduler
- Prepare annual Business Plans and Budgets in conjunction with the Divisional Sales Manager.

**It is expected you will have experience and skills including**:

- A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience
- Demonstrated experience working independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of price management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Excel is a must)
