**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:
- Effectively support the Executive in the execution of their role.
- Ensure all administrative matters in the office are undertaken proactively and efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines for the Executive.
- Assist with organising team events and drafting team communications.
- Ensure individuals adhere to the work expense policy and process, proactively raise any events or issues, and manage expense submissions, preparing monthly reports and reconciliation.
- Seek direction from the Executive to clarify and prioritise the workload and call out volume issues and seek additional work when you have capacity.
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through ether personally handling or delegating them to appropriate person.
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all actions and ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures.
**You are**:
- Experienced in administration with a track record of experience in similar roles
- Able to work at pace and independently
- High energy with an enthusiastic attitude
- Experienced in coordinating team events and drafting team communications
- Able to prioritise a busy workload with attention to detail
- Skilled with computers with a strong knowledge of excel preferred
- Highly organised and dependable
- Collaborative with superior interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including senior level
- Able to support the objectives and values of both the company and the Executives.
