As we expand our NetSuite practice, we're looking for a driven SMB Account Executive (Business Development Manager) to join our high-performing sales team.

The Role

This role is focused on selling NetSuite ERP into the SMB market across all industries, with opportunities defined by revenue band. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through to solution positioning, presentations, and closing.

While supported by a dedicated BDR/SDR team, success in this role also requires a strong hunter mentality and the ability to generate and develop your own pipeline.

We'll set a ramped target for this financial year, recognising that the year is already underway, with full targets applying in FY26.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales of NetSuite ERP to SMB organisations across Australia.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution alignment, proposals, and closing.
  • Generate pipeline through a mix of Wild Tech-sourced leads, BDR/SDR support, and your own outbound prospecting.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision makers (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Founders).
  • Work closely with presales, delivery, and partner teams to craft tailored solutions.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain CRM discipline.
  • Contribute to Wild Tech's growing reputation as a trusted digital transformation partner.

About You

We're looking for someone ambitious and commercially sharp, with a natural drive to succeed in sales and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years in a B2B software sales role (ERP, SaaS, or technology preferred).
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms (Microsoft, Oracle, Sage) is highly valued.
  • Strong hunter mentality: comfortable cold calling, prospecting, and building pipeline.
  • Ability to run a consultative sales process and influence at executive level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with resilience, energy, and a growth orientation.
