Bookkeeper/administration - Full Time

Hours are full-time 38 hours, applicants should be able to work Monday to Friday and have a current open Western Australia Drivers Licence and their own transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry including accounts receivable and payable
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, external accountants and other relevant bodies
- General administration duties
- Inputting and managing price updates
- Handle collections
- Drive stocktake process
- Process orders and place orders from suppliers
- Packing orders (preferable to be able to handle 20kg boxes
- if not assistance can occasionally me offered)
Minimum Required Experience
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience (and familiarity with MYOB or Xero)
- Excellent working knowledge of accounting software
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word skills

**Salary**: $47,763.70 - $80,509.65 per year
