Just In Time Gourmet are a small family run business specialising in wholesale food distribution and online retail sales of gourmet products and gift hampers. We strive to supply our customers with high quality products whilst providing the best customer service.

We are in need of an Administration Assistant in a part-time capacity. Hours can be flexible for the right applicant. Extra hours required over our busy Christmas period Nov-Dec.

We are seeking someone to undertake the following tasks, but not limited to:

- Day to day office administration
- Coordination of drivers and their daily delivery runs
- Booking of freight for all orders outside of the Perth metro area
- Dealing with customer enquiries and taking orders over the phone
- Data entry, invoicing, ordering of supplies and filing
- Processing of all online orders
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in busy times
- Providing support to all warehouse staff where required

Ideally, you would have some administration experience, be super organised, have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise effectively. As our customers are extremely important to us, the ability to go the extra mile and accuracy are of high importance to ensure all orders are being dispatched and delivered in a timely manner.

As we are a small team, this would be a perfect role for someone wishing for a varied workload, and to become an important member of our expanding business.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $66,831.32 per year
