An exciting opportunity has become available for an **enthusiastic** and **hard-working Admin Assistant** with a **positive, can-do attitude** to join one of A**ustralia’s leading Tyre and Wheel suppliers.**
Due to on-going business growth, Black Rubber Kewdale is on the hunt for a skilled Admin Assistant to join our friendly and experience Admin team. This person will support the team by assisting with a variety of administrative and general office tasks.

Black Rubber is a leading tyre supply and service organisation focused on the provision of efficient & safe tyre management services specifically for the transport, industrial, mining & resource industries as well as catering for the passenger car market. As an approved Michelin Service Centre we are a critical part of the Michelin network and are accredited to carry out tyre related services on behalf of Michelin Australia. We also own and operate the Michelin tyre retreading factories in Perth WA, Sydney NSW and Brisbane QLD.
We are a member of the National Tyre & Wheel Group (NTAW), Australasia’s largest tyre, wheel, and accessory wholesaler. As part of their distribution network (Exclusive Tyre Distributors, Dynamic Wheel Co., Tyres4U and others), we’re able to offer the latest expert advice and the country’s largest selection of tyre brands.

**Roles/responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to management, employees, clients & visitors.
- Data entry & maintenance of important quality related documents, report, databases & deadlines.
- Supporting the site purchasing processes.
- Assist with maintaining a tidy and professional office environment.
- Invoicing and quality checks.
- Provide general support with accounts, operations, payroll, etc.
**Skills & Experience**
- Administration or Customer Service experience.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management, organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well alone and within a team environment.
- Proficient computer skills - especially Microsoft Office.
**Personal Attributes**
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Strong work ethic, desire to learn and proactive.
