Lindsay Transport is currently seeking a Transport Administrator for our Perth Depot to assist with manifesting, debriefing and general admin.

Lindsay Rural and the Hunters business provide essential services and products to rural Australia across most Australian growing regions. Today we employ over 2000 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 1.5 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight every year across the country.
**About the role**:
Our Perth depot has an opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team. You will provide administrative support in the day-to-day administration activities in the depot including general admin support, manifesting, data input and debriefing. The role will be Monday to Friday.
**The primary duties of the role will include**:
- Manifesting consignments
- Loading planning and supporting operations
- The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received
- Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
- Debriefing driver paperwork
- Assisting with depot pallet control
- Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager
- Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry.
**About You**: To be successful for this role applicants must:
- Prior administration experience
- Be able to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent time management skills
- Have exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Have a positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Be a team player
- Have a genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
- Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry is highly regarded but not essential_.
