Our client is an employer of choice, and leading distributer of construction equipment that operates on a national scale. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join their growing team.   

What will this position entail?

This role will see you responsible for working within our clients Warranty department, responsible for the below:

• Process and submit warranty claims, ensuring all required documentation and details are accurately completed.
• Reconcile warranty-related transactions and accounts while monitoring active cases and technical updates.
• Identify parts and pricing using internal tools and technical manuals to support warranty and service operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve claims and assist with general support tasks as needed.
