The Position

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Admin / Data Entry Assistant to assist with managing and updating supplier and customer contract pricing information. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all pricing data for supplier agreements and customer contracts are accurately recorded, maintained, and accessible in the system. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with both supplier and customer pricing data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Pricing Management: Maintain and update accurate supplier pricing details within the database, ensuring that all supplier contract pricing terms are up-to-date and correctly entered.
  • Customer Contract Pricing: Input and monitor customer contract pricing, including terms, discounts, and any custom pricing agreements, ensuring accurate documentation of each contract's pricing structure.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter supplier and customer contract pricing information into internal systems or databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all records.
  • Contract Review & Verification: Regularly review and verify supplier and customer contract pricing details.
  • Price Adjustments: Implement price changes or updates as per new supplier agreements or customer contract renewals, ensuring that all relevant teams are notified of any adjustments.
  • Pricing Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in supplier or customer pricing, collaborating with relevant teams to clarify or adjust pricing information.
  • Report Generation & Analysis: Generate and maintain regular reports on supplier and customer contract pricing, trends, and any variations or updates that need to be communicated internally.
  • Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers to clarify or confirm pricing terms.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support related to pricing and contract data, including preparing pricing documents, filing, and organising records.

About you

You will ideally have experience working in a fast-paced wholesale/distribution environment and will be results orientated and enthusiastic with a focus on getting the job done.

What you bring to the role:

  • Great organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in pricing and contract data
  • Data Entry Expertise,Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, especially with contract or pricing information.
  • Clear, concise communication skills (both written and verbal) to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding contract pricing issues.
  • Computer/software skills (including intermediate to advanced Excel skills)
  • A positive and hardworking attitude
  • Experience working within set protocols, processes and policies.
  • Experience in Pricing or Contracts (Preferred): Previous experience working with supplier or customer contracts, particularly in pricing-related roles, is a plus.

  • Previous experience in administrative, data entry, or contract management roles, particularly involving supplier or customer pricing, is highly beneficial.
