**ABOUT THE ROLE.**
The Administration Assistant plays an integral part in the day-to-day operations of The Footprint Company by providing exceptional executive administrative support to the General Manager and team. Fulltime or part-time considered.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide general administrative support to the team including the coordination of regular meetings, reporting and ad hoc travel, strategic engagements and events
- Coordinate responses to, triage and tracking of customer enquiries and general support needs
- Support the development of customer proposals, quotes and tracking through the CRM
- Coordinate back end administration of business systems and coordinate key stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
- Support GM and team to prepare monthly business and performance reporting
- Provide support to finance team and other TSA shared service functions with general enquiries

**ABOUT YOU.**
- Previous success in supporting a dynamic, growing and geographically dispersed team, preferably in a similar consulting firm.
- Excellent communication skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently, and within a team environment.
- Sound strategic awareness and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated writing skills and advanced MS Office skills.
- Systems administration experience (eg Xero, CRM, Wordpress, Survey Monkey etc).
