**The role**

An exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, GPT Space&Co to support the operational requirements across our flexible workspaces business, Space&Co, venues alongside the GPT Space & Co team.

Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do and aligned with our ‘Experience First’ value, you will be committed to creating inspiring, world-class workspaces and delivering exceptional customer experiences across any of our locations, primarily in Sydney CBD however from time to time may support venues in Melbourne and Brisbane.

**What you will be doing**
- Being the welcoming face and key point of contact for all members and guests, promptly addressing their enquiries/requests and ensuring everyone has a positive experience with us
- Supporting the entire life cycle of our customer journey from onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal processes to deliver a seamless and rewarding experience at GPT Space&Co
- Effectively coordinating and servicing external meeting room and workshop bookings end to end for our customers and members
- Promoting meeting and event services to GPT Space&Co members, building customers and external customers to drive revenue growth. Also assisting with the promotion of marketing projects within GPT Space&Co and the respective asset in which GPT Space&Co operates.
- Coordinating and overseeing venue maintenance, in collaboration with the building management team and relevant stakeholders, to ensure an excellent standard of venue presentation and operation.

**What makes you stand out**

We are looking for a customer focused professional with front of house experience or similar from a retail, hospitality, events or project management background seeking an opportunity to directly contribute to the success of GPT Space&Co.

This role would suit a natural communicator with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the well-honed ability to juggle multiple competing priorities whilst being able to work collaboratively. You will have experience using the Microsoft Office suite, love embedding continuous improvement initiatives into your work and thrive on creating the best experiences for customers.
