We’re proud to be working with a leading law firm with a strong international footprint and a mandate for further growth. An opportunity to support a team of talented HR professionals across a range of practice and industry groups has arisen in their Sydney or Melbourne office.
This is an important Administrative Assistant role sitting in a vibrant Human Resources team, where you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will gain exposure and experience within a high-performing team, and play a critical role in supporting the employees in multiple offices across Australia.
**Key responsibilities**:
- General HR and recruitment administration
- Assisting with all aspects of HRIS administration including processing new starters and departures
- Generation of various HR reports using Excel and PeopleSoft
- Assisting with clerkship and graduate recruitment campaigns
- Coordination of health and wellbeing and corporate social responsibility programs
- Supporting across exciting HR projects to improve employee experience
**Key experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience working in a human resources team is appreciated but not required
- Professional demeanour, ability to manage stakeholders and work within a complex global organisation
