**The Role**:
This role will offer you full support and the opportunity to grow within the business. You will have a true passion for sales and networking with strong people skills.
This Business Development Coordinator will work along side our high-performing Sales team and will contribute to the growth of our current network.
Primary this role will focus on providing a high level of outbound activities to generate potential interest, in order to handover to the Business Development Manager to close the sale.
This opportunity is for someone who has a passion for delivering quality outcomes and who just loves all things networking and is not afraid to chase new opportunities through phone and other platforms.

Must have a registered Australian Business Number (ABN) or willing to obtain one.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate new leads by sourcing and verifying potential clients and key contacts for business growth opportunities at national level.
- Market mapping.
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls to establish relationships with potential clients.
- Handover warm lead to BDM to close the opportunity.
- Maintain a professional and respectful communication style at all times.
- Act as key point of contact in the absence of a BDM to ensure the needs of our clients are met.
**You will have**:
- Experience within a similar role an advantage from a HR or recruitment environment.
- Open to university students or stay at home parents who is looking for a part time opportunity however needs to have the sales capability and a can-do-attitude.
- Have a home office set up (computer and reliable internet).
- Registered Australian Business Number (ABN) or willing to obtain one.
- Strong sales / people skills.
- Not afraid to make cold calls.
- Ability to work independently and bring a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy juggling multiple priorities.
- Someone who can handle adversity and rejection.
- Someone who thrives in sales and building a successful sales pipeline.
- A driven and motivated individual.
