**About the role**
B&D Group is the market leader in garage doors and automation technology. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to our customers enabling sales and our growth ambitions.
As an Account Manager, you will be accountable for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers. You will innovate with customers, challenging the status quo and establish needs for additional products/services.
The B&D Group is a high performing business with a strong set of values. We invest heavily in training and development and are constantly looking to innovate within our market.
You will be working with our top independent/prefab partners across NSW and would be required to travel within NSW on a quarterly basis.
**Responsibilities**
- New business development within the territory
- Increase share of wallet and wallet spend with existing customers.
- Build & maintain commercial relationships
- Maintain call cycles, cycle plans and sales process.
- Reporting - sales & budget performances and market, competitor & trend analysis

**Skills & Experience**
- Account Management, Territory Management or Business Development experience
- Demonstrated B2B or B2C sales experience, including cold calling and new client generation
- Excellent written and verbal communications with a natural ability to influence and build rapport
