We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused **Sales Manager Territories**to lead, coach, mentor, develop the NSW Territory sales team to enable growth within the geographical NSW area (and maintain existing portfolio of accounts).

In this role, you will:

- Identify market opportunities and drive growth in the Fresh portfolio of customers in NSW through profitable, strategic new business delivery and execution
- Review and Negotiate proposals and contract for existing customer and or new business
- Weekly coaching to sales team through attending customer visits and on-to-one coaching sessions to build skills in planning account strategies and calls, creating account plans, proposal development, negotiation and service delivery
- Develop pricing strategies and tailored pitches.
- Ensure customer Masterdata is accurate at all times, including pricing

We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for leadership and building strong business relationships.

Ideally, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing or commerce preferred.
- Experience managing a sales team would be essential
- Experience in developing relationships at multiple levels of an organisation (from receptionists to CEOs)
- Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
- Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
