We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team located in Revesby. No two days will ever look the same Working to support all activities within, you will need to think on your feet and call upon your outstanding administration skills as you assist in a broad range of tasks.
This is a permanent role for a passionate, self-motivated, and experienced person preferable someone from the childcare industry. It will involve reception duties, overseeing admin functions and assisting with childcare centre operations where required including compliance and maintaining regulatory documents.
**Primary responsibilities include**:
- Answering the phone and attending to parent queries
- Managing all account enquires, phone queries, and supporting the set up of new enrolment files
- Manage the filing of regulatory documentation
- Prepare the weekly compliance report
- Preparing Centre rosters
- Provide support to the Centre Manger in all administrative duties as required
- Ensure the centre foyer is always tidy and all information is up to date
- Assist in supplier management
- Prior experience working in a childcare environment is essential.
- Excellent communication and computer skills in all Microsoft Office systems,
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a systematic manner and work autonomously.
- Energetic and positive can do attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
