Client Service Manager – Security Division

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join DSS Facilities as a full-time Client Service Manager based in Revesby, NSW. You'll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that our security operations are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership and relationship-building skills will help drive continued growth and client success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
  • Oversee scheduling, rostering, and deployment of security staff to client sites.
  • Monitor service delivery, address client concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide regular performance updates and ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and account growth.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery processes.
  • Mentor and guide the operations team to maintain high standards of professionalism and safety.

About You

  • Proven experience in a client-facing or operations role within the security services industry.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Understanding of relevant industry standards, compliance, and WHS practices.
