About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join DSS Facilities as State Manager (NSW) — a key leadership position responsible for driving operational performance, business growth, and client success across the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the NSW team, aligning operations with company goals.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and market expansion.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Analyse KPIs and performance data to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Represent DSS Facilities at industry events and stakeholder meetings.

About You

  • 5–7 years of proven leadership and management experience in facilities management, property services, or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth-driven business strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A team builder who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Sound knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and property management operations.
