This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a portfolio of premium craft spirits to deliver growth across Corporate, Independent Wholesaler and GTR channels. Working closely with the GM you will develop the strategy, drive profitability, revenue and market share across the portfolio. It's a dynamic and evolving business with a diverse offering.
Key responsibilities:
- develop and execute a strategic sales plan to ensure a strong presence of brands in the corporate channel (CLG, ED)
- work cross functionally to lead and deliver compelling trade plans and joint business planning with key customers
- ensure strong connections across the business and the buying and marketing teams of key customers
- deliver effective pricing and brand activations across national accounts that support brand and customer plans
- ensure excellent communication with key stakeholders and that best practice is maintained
- oversee the National Field Sales Manager and support field team objectives.
We are looking for an individual with a high level of commercial nous who has a track record and passion for delivering positive sales outcomes with key national liquor customers. Ideally you bring relevant qualifications with strong people leadership capabilities. You have a flexible and innovative mindset and can roll up your sleeves to get the job done. An understanding of the key drivers of the premium spirits category is key as is your superior communication skills.
