**About the Role**

As a **Customer Care / Sales Consultant Representative,** you'll be an integral part of our customer service and store teams, dedicated to delivering a superior customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Booking deliveries with our 3rd party partners through our logistics portal.
- Confirming orders and stock availability while ensuring accurate stock levels across multiple warehouse locations.
- Keeping online customers informed about the progress of their orders, especially those with longer lead times.
- Managing click and collect services in-store.
- Fulfilling homewares orders by picking and packing items from our store.
- Serving as a liaison between the online and offline teams, fostering strong communication channels.
- Collaborating closely with the head of online to maintain a superior customer experience.

- Be available to work weekends.
- Be able and comfortable to lift up to 20kgs.

Pay: From $30.91 per hour
