**ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR**

**SALARY- $70,000 -$80,000 plus vehicle**

**Based in Brisbane City and servicing Brisbane to Logan and Ipswich areas.**

Keepers Care are a Registered NDIS which was established with the vision to provide high-quality care and services to enhance participants quality of living and promote wellness, with a mission to deliver person-centred care by following evidence-based practice and developing sustainable plan of care to continue services as required. We work in accordance with individualized healthcare needs of participants and understand our clients varied and diverse support needs, delivering tailored solutions around these needs under the NDIS scheme.

We are currently seeking a fresh, adaptable personality to assist us with our ongoing business growth. Operating across Ipswich, Brisbane and Logan catchment, we are seeking an Engagement Coordinator who understands the NDIS Industry, is highly personable and ideally comes with a healthcare, marketing and/or business experience with critical thinking skills. A person who is dedicated to improving the care of NDIS participants.

Responsibilities include:

- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders building connections through to processing participant intake (i.e., Support coordination, hospitals etc)
- Build business profile and intake toward sustainable business relationships.
- Manage documentation to support the delivery of superior care through reporting, documentation, managing CRM and relevant duties.
- Attendance at Expos, networking events and applicable presentations with aim to increase business profile and reputation in community
- Drive and Develop new accounts with the aim to support business mission and values whilst managing KPI requirements soundly
- Onboarding of participants and assist clients with transition.

Valid Drivers licence is required for this position with vehicle supplied.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
