We invite you to join our Brisbane Marketing and Communications Team as a **Doctor Engagement Coordinator**. In this full-time role, you will be a key member of our Doctor Engagement team, driving the success of our GP education programs and doctor marketing initiatives nationally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GP Education Programs**: Play a key role in the development, accreditation, and delivery of quality GP education programs across Ramsay hospitals.
- **Resource Management**: Develop and maintain GP Liaison resources, manage intranet content, and update the education database.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance for Doctor Engagement activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- **Reporting**: Compile and report on education activities, providing insights that drive continuous improvement.
- **Doctor Engagement Projects**: Contribute to ongoing doctor engagement projects, supporting initiatives that enhance our relationship with medical professionals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Doctor Engagement Manager and broader team you to assisting with various tasks and projects as needed.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Proven experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in managing databases and creating reports.
- Experience with using a CRM system to manage and track activities.
- IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
