**In this **Product Owner - Banker Enablement **role, you will**
- be accountable for the ultimate success of your squad’s outcomes
- own and manage the squad’s backlog and prioritise work in line with the agreed roadmap
- define and prioritise requirements that deliver agreed business outcomes and work with the squad and technology teams to elaborate these to epics, features and stories
- make effective day to day decisions to enable the squad and stakeholders to progress the work.
- work collaboratively with the squad to deliver backlog and attend all relevant agile ceremonies
- communicate with stakeholders outside of the squad to build engagement and ensure progress
- manage risks through the lifecycle of shaping, delivery and ongoing management

**What you’ll bring**
- An in-depth understanding of banker process and relevant financial products from either a business or technology perspective
- Extensive experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human centred design techniques.
- Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals in line with Domain cadence.
- Mobilising and supporting large, cross functional and self-managing teams to accomplish outcomes.
- Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of development.
