**The role**:

- Developing and implementing new banker leads to drive commercial & customer outcomes
- Developing use case for each and quantify expected ROI
- Improvising and optimizing the banker leads program through lead quality and lead delivery
- Driving leads enablement activities to increase leads utilisation to ensure revenue and lead performance targets are met
- Continuously tracking performance of the Leads
- Contributing to the refinement of the banker leads strategy and the development of roadmaps of strategic initiatives
- Able to synthesis complex information and to provide a clear and compelling story to influence a diverse range of stakeholders

**What you will bring**:

- End-to-end project management delivery with experience in Data and Analytics
- Banking & Financial Services experience
- Product management experience (desirable)
- Good to have worked in Agile delivery environment
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Basic level in in SQL/ Python (desirable)
