**Enrolments Administrator - Kindergartens**

**Permanent Part Time Monday & Tuesdays 8am - 3pm**

**$36.08hr plus superannuation**

**About you**:

- Demonstrated administrative experience
- Strong customer service focus with a friendly and 'can do' attitude
- Proficient use of Office 365 products and a sound knowledge of technology.
- Have minimum of two years’ experience in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Be Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

**About the position**:
You will maintain up to date knowledge and skills on all matters relating to enrolments to support organisational compliance with all legislative and regulatory and law requirements regarding the management and implementation of the kindergarten funding guide.
- Ensure databases and information management systems are current and up to date.
- Respond to parent enquires professionally, promptly, and accurately.
- To assist in the reporting requirements and attend stakeholder meeting when required.
