We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource Officer to join a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about talent management and employee engagement.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate on-boarding and induction activities for new employees
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR - related matters
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and addressing employee relation issues
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
- Assist the Head of Human Resources in special projects around employee engagement, talent attraction, and retention
- Mange employee benefits administration, including enrolment, claims, and enquiries

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Human Resource Officer, Human Resource Advisor, Human Resource Administrator or similar role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding, and ever-changing environments
- Passionate about the Human Resources space with a strong desire to grow your career
