Your role
As the Administrative Officer (AAEP) you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedure, consulting the Principal or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Purchase Orders/Requisitions/Receipting/Payments/Daily Banking
- Goods Receiving & Distribution
- One School knowledge is preferable, not essential
- Front Counter services for Parents/Students/Contractors & Visitors
- Key Register / Loan Equipment registers
- Answering phone calls/absences/general enquiries
- Enrolment packages - distributions, receiving and entering into One School
- General office duties - absences, queries, general typing, organising and arranging ceremonies/special events
- Support to Small School Business Manager and Principal - additional duties and activities as required
- General First Aid & Medication distribution when needed
- Prior knowledge of Education Queensland One School database would be advantageous but a willingness to learn this system is essential
