We are seeking Customer Services Officers to join the team at Brimbank Leisure Centres on a casual basis.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role of Customer Service Officer involves (but is not limited too):

- Providing high quality, efficient, friendly service at reception, over the phone and in all written correspondence;
- Ensure timely response to customers' needs or concerns
- Provide information about and facilitate memberships, enrolments and bookings
- Marketing and promotion of our programs and services to potential, new and existing members.
- Perform opening/closing duties including cash counting, till balancing and daily cash reconciliations.

**ABOUT YOU**
The successful applicant will possess the below:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to perform a range of administration duties, which include data and word processing, filing, photocopying and reception with the ability to prioritise work and meet set deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as to self-motivate and work autonomously
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and phone manner
- Excellent computer skills using a variety of systems (POS, Outlook, MS Word/Excel)
- Be flexible to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates or be willing to obtain these
- Currently possess, or be willing to obtain a National Police Check
