**Leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturer | Report to CEO | Existing Business Transformation**
- Leading and building a motivated and successful Online B2B sales team, to ensure that revenue, margin and profitability targets are met
- Coaching online/Tele sales reps in strategies on developing new business through pre-generated leads and ensuring the growth of existing accounts through fostering and maintaining strong business relationships
- Providing extensive coaching, consulting, and performance management monitoring through conducting side-by-side observations, reviews, leading Team meetings, and conducting regular performance assessments with direct reports
- Mapping company’s sales stages with our customer’s journey to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process, and tools are required by our sales force to increase productivity and conversion rates at each stage in those processes
- Developing online/Tele sales reps planning processes and templates and developing successful sales initiatives
- Driving a value led culture of exceptional customer experience and engagement across all aspects of the business
- Increasing the sales pipeline acceleration, quality of the pipeline and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the online sales team
- Developing training modules and processes for our newly formed off shore pre-sales team
- Weekly planning, execution and accurate reporting on inbound and outbound sales calls in line with targets
- Development of revenue forecasts and effective KPI metrics to measure success
- Monthly reporting and tracking on Online B2B sales reps performance
- Collaboration with IT manager to manage B2B online system and processes with regular assessment and recommendation for potential improvements
- Development of standardised training modules for sales team and effective onboarding of new starters
- Management of selected Key Accounts
