A newly created role, joining one of the most successful Fashion & Apparel brands in ANZ, to take ownership of all end to end eCommerce Trading activity, reporting directly to the Head of Digital.

A really unique opportunity to join one of Australia's most progressive, successful eCommerce businesses as their new eCommerce Manager to drive digital growth.

**The Role**:
Joining at a really exciting time of brand elevation, this role role will be responsible for delivering the daily trading activity, driving digital growth and optimising online performance across three international platforms. Managing a high performing team, you will develop & execute a strong CRO roadmap, as well as work cross-functionally with the wider Marketing, Creative & Digital team to drive engagement and enhance the online customer journey.

**Essential Skills & Responsibilities**:

- An extensive background in eCommerce management, trading platforms and online merchandising
- Demonstrated experience in successfully exceeding online sales targets
- Strong people management & leadership experience, mentoring & supporting your team to success
- Previous experience within pure-play, Fashion & Apparel or international platforms would be highly advantageous
- Up to date knowledge of eCommerce industry trends, as well as wider understanding of optimising all other digital channels
- A highly analytical mindset and data-driven decision making skills
- Genuine passion for your work and an ambition to elevate the platform and its success
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, reporting to the Head of Digital and working closely with the C-Suite team
