Melbourne, Australia AIDE Education Full time

_We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Communication Coordinator to develop and implement marketing plans to promote Australian high-quality educational products and services. You will have the opportunity to work across the partners, product development team._
- This is two years contract position, mainly based in Melbourne. There will be travel involved to inter states and between China and Australia._
- The role_
- _Work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and organizing the campaign activities._
- _Provide the insights of China’s education market trends, demands, opportunities and competitor analysis through the market research and the data analyze._
- _Work with the product development team in forecasting and identifying market opportunities and assist in establishing new products and services lines._
- _Ensure the effective delivery of marketing plans_
- _Strengthen the relationships with partner institutions in Melbourne and inter States to support business growth._
- _Increase the brand awareness of our company._
- About you: _
- _A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline._
- _A background in international education is preferred._
- _Having a good understanding of Chinese background students and parents._
- _At least two years of work experience in a relevant marketing field._
- _Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese._
- _Demonstrated a strong level of interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships both with local and international stakeholders._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
