This role will be based in Sydney with a blended working arrangement of 3 days in our CBD offices and the remaining working from home. #LI-Hybrid **The Opp**ortunity** This is a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative and project assistance to our Data Centres Executive and Senior Leadership team. You will manage diaries, travel, expenses and coordinate multiple interesting team events and projects. **What **you’ll** be doing** - Provide extensive diary management, working with busy and moving calendars - Prepare meeting logistics and documentation - Attend SLT meetings, compile agendas and minutes - Manage suppliers and expenses processing - Manage project documentation and directories - Arrange team meetings, workshops, and events - we care about our people’s milestones and you will be a part of creating amazing events to celebrate MDC team success **Your ideal skills and experience** - Culture is very important for us.
