THE OPPORTUNITY
CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Key Accounts Support Officer to join our National Accounts Support Team based in Cooper Plains for a fixed 12-month contract (with potential extension).
Reporting to the National Accounts Support Team Leader this role will work with key customers reconciling national accounts whilst managing internal and external stakeholder communication.

**Accountabilities (include but are not limited to)**:

- Managing customers claims in a timely manner.
- Understanding of how customers administration systems and processes operate to effectively resolve issues and remove roadblocks for Customer Service.
- Maintain strong relationships with CSR team members, understanding varying processes and opportunities for improvement.
- Capturing and actioning of service, quality, and pricing complaints in conjunction with State Customer Service team members.
- Support activities which encourage the ‘service excellence' culture.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a customer service / accounts environment.
- Basic - Intermediate Excel skills.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn new skills.
- Innovative thinking and problem solving, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Analytical thinking and information seeking.
- Able to establish strong internal and external customer working relationships.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
- A methodical and thorough approach to all tasks.
