THE ROLE
The role on offer is a phone based, customer service role, that also includes counter sales through our showroom, servicing both Trade Account and Cash Sale customers.
Key functions of the role on offer include (but are not limited to):
- Engage with colleagues and suppliers to ensure customer needs are quickly resolved, well understood and supported throughout the business
- Develop solid working relationships with key customers and provide a high level of support
- Assist the retail store in serving customers where required
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
The successful applicant will be required to:
- be self-motivated and able to work as part of a dedicated, long term team
- have positive attitude, with drive to undertake various duties within their roll
- have satisfactory numerical, grammar and computer skills
- experience as an Internal Customer Service Officer/Counter Sales representative will be beneficial but not essential.
