We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a _Full-Time Administrator / Sales Support Officer_ to join our New Truck Sales Team Located in Coopers Plains.

Previous industry experience is not essential to be successful in this role. If you are motivated and driven to achieve results and have a background in Administration please apply

What Are We Looking For?
- Have exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Have strong work ethic and a willingness to achieve results
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Competent working in an office environment & working with computer systems including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

What Will your typical day look like?

Working closely with the Fleet & Government Sales Manager’s, you will be responsible for;
- Preparing new vehicle purchase contracts, purchase orders & ensuring their completeness
- Invoicing of contracts for vehicles nearing completion for delivery
- Processing completed deals at month end for Fleet & Government departments
- Registrations of completed vehicles & ensuring all required paperwork is correct
- Communicating with external suppliers to monitor & ensure vehicles in build are completed and delivered on time
- Forecasting monthly deliveries accurately to meet dealership department sales and manufacturer KPI’s
- Communicating with sales staff members with updates as they are received from external suppliers
- Accurate data entry & processing
