Office Administrator and Scheduler

We are looking for a permanent full-time administrator/coordinator to work alongside an existing admin team to provide exceptional service to our customers.
About the Role
- permanent full-time position with immediate start;
- must have SimPro software experience;
- requires a professional phone manner, strong MS Office skills, effective organisational and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, good time management and prioritisation, and attention to detail;
- involves both team work and working autonomously;
- must be reliable and confident in their ability to work in a busy office;
- at least 4 years of office administration experience; and
- trade-based scheduling experience would be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- trade-based scheduling and co-ordination;
- providing exceptional first point of contact, customer service;
- reception duties, including taking deliveries;
- taking customer bookings including scheduling,
- answering customer enquiries via email and phone;
- registering and controlling stock purchase orders and receipting supplier invoices;
- coordinating relevant team members and materials to carry out the jobs; and
- general administration duties.
