**Office Administration**

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the mining industry and based on the South Side of Brisbane. Work closely with both business owners and tradesmen to complete a variety of tasks

**Responsibilities can include**:

- Assist with customer queries and calls
- Create detailed reports on the manufacturing progress
- Data entry and maintenance of information database
- Compliance document checks
- Assist with integration of new CRM systems
- Work alongside payroll to assist with timesheet breakdown
- SAP system input
- Inbound & outbound calls
- Providing administrative assistance to the larger team, including Accounts.

**Applicant Requirements**:

- Experience working closely with manufacturing or mining documentation & compliance **Highly regarded**:

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Drivers licence & own vehicle
- High degree of customer and detail focus
- Ability to work in a team and also unsupervised
- Complete various administrative tasks as required

- $35/hr PLUS super
