**O'Brien Electrical and Plumbing Coopers Plain**s provide a range of electrical, plumbing, gas-fitting and drainage services for their numerous clients. We have been in business in South East Queensland for over 25 years.
**About the Role...**
You will provide administrative support to all parts of the business, in particular our electrical team.
You need to have had recent experience in admin including accounts receivable/payable & scheduling.
You need to have excellent phone skills with the ability to liaise with potential clients and field staff.
**The job is a part time position and based in our office in Coopers Plains.**
**Preferred work hours: 8am - 1pm Monday - Friday**
Experience in the following:
- Administration - in a trade based maintenance business an advantage
- Scheduling and allocating jobs to multi field staff
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
- Simpro or similar scheduling package
- Xero or similar
- WHS Monitor or similar
- Microsoft Office in particular Excel
- Knowledge of the electrical / plumbing industry an advantage
- Good knowledge of Brisbane suburbs
- Excellent telephone skills
- General office duties - photocopying, printing, scanning, filing
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Ability to work efficiently & multi-task under pressure
- Microsoft Office skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Competency in learning new systems
