**About Liquor & Gaming NSW**?

Liquor & Gaming NSW administers the regulatory framework for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered clubs sectors in NSW. This includes undertaking compliance and enforcement activities, providing policy advice to government, licensing certain activities and delivering industry support and education activities.?

The Executive Assistant provides a range of executive, secretarial and administrative support services to the Executive Director, in order to support the achievement of the Division’s objectives

**Essential Requirements**?

**Key Accountabilities**?
- Receive and assess requests from staff and other stakeholders, and manage the Executive Director’s diary, in order to help them effectively prioritise and manage their time
- As required, draft/prepare/coordinate the preparation of correspondence, presentations, submissions on behalf of the Executive Director
- Ensure the effective and timely management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, briefings and documents relevant to the Executive Director, such that work flow is managed in an efficient manner and in accordance with priorities
- Support the Executive Director’s meeting attendance by organising meetings, ensuring attendees are adequately equipped with relevant papers, making travel and hospitality arrangements and preparing agendas/papers/minutes as required
- Gather, collate and provide the Executive Director with relevant background information in order to support informed decision making and planning
- Effectively and accurately maintain relevant records, systems and databases such that information is securely stored and readily accessible. Appropriately exercise confidentiality and discretion while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, in order to ensure the timely flow of information
