What’s involved?
This role is the point of contact for corporate enquiries regarding the Allied Moving Services product & services. Its objective is to provide timely responses to pricing requests from potential clients seeking household goods relocation.
Day to day duties include receiving and responding to corporate client requests, booking in surveys for accurate volume estimates & assess additional service details so the information can be converted into competitive quotes using our pricing tools. This role will include regular liaising with internal stakeholders, corporate HR clients and third party vendors.
Who are we looking for?
The role would suit someone who holds previous experience in providing tele & web based corporate customer service and previous exposure in a sales environment.
