As part of Rockfield's Infratech team based in our Perth office, you'll help deliver cutting-edge monitoring, instrumentation and digital technology solutions that keep critical assets safe, efficient, and connected.

Your Next Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our growing Infratech operations in Perth.

You'll play a key role across the end-to-end sales and delivery process – from client engagement and quoting through to supplier liaison, order processing, logistics, and customer support.

This position can be offered full-time or part-time, providing flexibility for the right person.

What You'll Do

Sales and Client Coordination

  • Prepare, process, and track sales quotes, orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and procurement to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.
  • Assist with tender and proposal documentation.

Customer Service & Account Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide pricing and product information.
  • Follow up on quotations, leads, and feedback.
  • Manage order changes and delivery updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients.

Team & Operations Coordination

  • Liaise with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure order accuracy.
  • Support field sales with documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Assist with managing stock levels and back orders.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns or product launches.

General Office & Process Support

  • Keep sales databases and records up to date.
  • Help refine internal sales and order processes for efficiency.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in sales coordination, operations support, or internal sales, ideally in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and document management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite - experience with finance or accounting systems would be highly regarded.
  • A proactive and team-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
