**GME** designs, engineers, manufactures and distributes world-class radio communication equipment including; two-way radio communications, marine electronics, emergency locator beacons, telemetry and data radio products. We are now seeking a** Warehouse Coordinator** to join our team in WA. **Specific Role, Key Duties and Responsibilities** - Ensures daily purchase orders are entered correctly into ERP system about quantity / settlement discounts and individual product pricing and contacts retailers where necessary re-corrections - Monitors backorders to ensure they are released in a timely manner. - Processes credit claims from retailers - Assists customers/dealers & end-users with courier tracking & consignment queries. - Liaises with couriers re alternate pickup and delivery. - Ensures maximum availability of stock by transferring within the ERP system and liaising with warehouse, supply chain and product managers in accessing or moving stock. - Provides Sales quotes or pro-forma invoices - Working in the warehouse as an all-rounder in charge of dispatch, goods inwards, order picking; picking stock, packing stock away and labelling bags as necesssary **Qualifications and Experience Required** - Must be literate and numerate - Must be able to operate computer terminal - Must be a clear communicator - written and oral - Must be organized - Will be required to operate materials handling equipment - Efficiency in working in a Team Environment - Training in the Safe Handling of Dangerous Goods in Packages by Road - May be required to assist with other Warehouse functions from time to time - Manual handling Training - Forklift License required (High reach and Counterbalance) - RF Scanning experience required - Minimum 1-2-year experience in a similar role **Physical Demands** - Frequent lifting of cartons up to 16kg - Occasional lifting of cartons up to 28kg (using trolley equipment or 2 person lifting) - Frequent bending, reaching, standing and walking - Occasional sitting - Maneuvering pallets using pallet trucks or goods on trolleys **Job Environment** - Up-to 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm) - Smoke-free environment - Use of Automated Time Keeping system Steel Cap Safety Boots and High Visibility vests must be worn at all times when working in the warehouse.
