We’re looking for people like you that want to be a part of our journey of reinvention as we build an amazing Australian SaaS product business. Squiz is on the hunt for a new Product Designer to join our growing design team as we transform our business to focus on evolving our Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

**For this role, we ask that you can demonstrate**:

- Confident in using the latest design tools, and designing UI's from scratch. You have experience using Figma, Sketch, or similar, to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
- Experience working with product designers, PMs, and engineers. You have the skills to communicate and collaborate directly with other members of the product team.
- Customer-first. You’re an advocate for your customers and place high value in research and data analysis when it comes to designing and validating potential solutions.
- You have the basics covered. You have a strong understanding of information architecture, and interactive design, and are familiar with web accessibility and responsive design.
- A "portfolio" of your work. You can showcase your experience in end-to-end product thinking and UX/UI design for digital products.
- B2B experience is ideal.

**What you would do**:
This opportunity will allow you to flex your visual, creative, and problem-solving muscles. You will work amongst cross-functional teams, designing and optimising customer-facing solutions across our DXP platform.
- Collaboration and teamwork. Work closely with product squads to plan, build and release new features into our products. Agile experience is a plus
- Solve real customer problems by conducting research using customer-centric methods, such as interviews, analytics, and surveys to uncover customer needs.
- Validate your ideas. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups and test with customers and internal stakeholders to validate your ideas.
- Be accountable for design quality. We design all product UIs from scratch We take pride in our work, so you’ll play a part in ensuring designs are kept to a high standard.
- Help scale our design system. You will help set the foundations and assist in building our Squiz Design System.
