The Product Designer (UI/UX) role at Youtooz will work on our website, internal tooling and new consumer experiences we are working on:

- Website:_ Our website is our flagship store front and powers selling Youtooz to over a million people around the world. Work on new features, pages and experiences to help improve our customer experience and drive more sales.
- Tooling:_ Internally we’ve been building a custom ERP from the ground up that’s product-first to better manage the full product lifecycle, from concept, to drop and delivery. It will eventually serve as the OS for everything at Youtooz, blending together product design, development, finance, logistics, customer support, merchandising, marketing and more. You’ll work on designing and improving modules for our ERP which will eventually power our entire team and customer base.
- Consumer experiences:_ Secret for now But you’ll work on designing digital experiences in the form of web/mobile/desktop apps and even hardware integrations for our customers to expand the Youtooz experience beyond the physical product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design the UI and experience of new features for our internal tools, new digital experiences and our website
- Create and/or manage design patterns and UI kits
- Help lead planning sessions with our product and engineering team
- Help review and QA frontend implementations of your designs
- Collect, analyze and make design decisions based off user feedback
- Collaborate with various design teams at Youtooz as needed including our art team and graphic design / marketing team

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience designing clean, modern consumer-focused products
- Highly analytical with a strong desire to understand what drives user behavior
- Skilled in Sketch or Figma with working skills in the Adobe suite
- Bonus for any frontend development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, React
- Bonus for UI/UX experience specifically in the consumer products or gaming space
