**Role Purpose**:
Our product design team plays a key role in the Epsilon, Retail Media Network experience for our customers and internal stakeholders. Working directly with the product teams, internal stakeholder and customers, the design team helps to shape and lead the product design direction of existing and future product areas.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas, interactions, and flows effectively.
- Interface Design: Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability principles.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and user-centric design solutions.
- Iterative Design: Iterating on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
- Design Systems: Contributing to or maintaining design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Accessibility: Ensuring that designs are accessible to users with disabilities by following accessibility guidelines and best practices.

**Qualifications** Work Experience and Skills**:

- As a Product Designer, you will have experience in a broad range of design practices, including working with design and product leads, collaborative team workshops, interaction design, prototyping, and producing UI wireframes and final UI designs. This product design role will have a focus on UI and Interaction design.
- 3+ years of designing for products within agile product teams
- Experience in interaction design, UI design concepts, building prototypes, and optimising UI patterns
- Understand and design for opportunities that will improve our customer experience and enhance our product offering
- Experience in designing for SaaS platform would be desirable
- Good knowledge of UI design principles and practices
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Adobe CS Suite or similar
