**Where and how you can work...**

We have offices in Auckland, Wellington, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week at the office, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences. _This role will be based in Brisbane._

**Your day-to-day...**
- Work closely with stakeholders from other business units, including product and tech, to understand design context and collaborate within team for solutions.
- Manage medium-sized projects independently and use initiative to build domain expertise within our products.
- Develop designs based on the brief and produce prototypes and wireframes for different features.
- Confidently present highly detailed work and provide updates to a development team.
- Communicate designs with stakeholders including clear and concise handover notes and flow maps.
- Develop and share ideas, customer insights, and feedback to improve designs and internal design processes.
- Deliver solutions e.g., UI, sketches, icons, illustrations) and participate in critique process to improve design acceptance.
- Execute a range of relevant UX research tasks, including testing and validation of ideas, with the guide of our in house UX team.

**You're a match if you ideally have...**
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial environment as a Product Designer - with an emphasis on visual design.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ambition to manage your workload autonomously and independently, while also taking direction.
- Experienced in prototyping and visual tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborative tools (Fig jam or Miro).
- Excellent understanding of design systems, UX and UI product design.
- Familiar with Native iOS & Android patterns and nuances
- Ability to design in a white label environment for multiple brands.
- An inquisitive mind paired, the desire to think critically, and the confidence to advocate your research and insights.
