About the role & team
We are seeking an HR Coordinator - H&S who will work with our Occupational Health & Safety, Quality and Compliance team (HSEQ) team - a team of six. The position reports into the GM HSEQ (Rowena) and helps support her and her team deliver our HSEQ offering across a wide-ranging portfolio of contracts such as the Port Phillip Prison, Security Operations and Mobile Speed Camera's.
This role will provide high-quality coordination support to the HSEQ team, including data management and reporting for our OH&S Advisors. You will also assist with managing and publishing communications for the OH&S team on the G4S staff intranet, MyHub. The role will also involve maintaining and updating our Document Management System, and helping run our MyHealth program, which looks after health initiatives for G4S. We are looking for an administrative expert who has a high level of attention to detail and fantastic customer service skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within a fast-paced Human Resource Administration or Coordination role.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or similar software.
