The ideal candidate will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes while contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and related data.
  • Help coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle HR correspondence and documentation as required.
  • Support employee engagement and HR projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian employment regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
